Little Ninjas

Our Little Ninja classes are there to provide young children with the specific life skills whilst offering energetic, exciting activities that aim to put the fun back into physical fitness.

 

The classes are specifically designed for ages 4 to 6 years which allows us to focus on the key areas that need developed at this point in their lives.

We concentrate on the following key skills:
  • Discipline

  • Focus

  • Co-ordination

  • Balance

  • Control

  • Team Work

  • Fitness

  • Memory & Mental Fitness

Taking into account the age of our little ninjas, we don’t overwhelm them with a normal (traditional) martial arts programme but instead focus on the positive life skills that serve them well for school and the rest of their lives.

We understand that a young child’s nervous system is different from an older child, so we spend a lot of time teaching fundamentals in order to build a strong foundation for when they do move onto the more complicated techniques.

Once the children reach a certain level of maturity and can demonstrate a strong understanding of the core skills needed, that’s when we introduce the Junior Tae Kwon-Do programme which takes them further into their martial arts training.
